From power distribution subsystems and circuit card assemblies to power switching modules, Seica has deployed various test and assembly solutions for this diverse market. Our Firefly Selective Soldering laser based system has been used to perform secondary solder operations on critical CCAs where traceability and the requirements of IPC-A- 610 class III are required.
